This very well-located 2 bedroom apartment needed modernizing to maximize its potential on the rental market. The work included remodeling the layout by switching the bathroom and kitchen to make the best use of the space. We were able to re-use most of the existing high-end kitchen units, but sourced some balanced, natural materials to create contemporary feel that the owners wanted. These simple, yet effective changes ensured that the owners were presented with a new, stylish living space, whilst remaining within their budget requirements.
